Ben Graves lives with Down Syndrome. He’s 1 of more than 125,000 Colorado adults with an intellectual or developmental disability – a condition that contributes to his isolation and loneliness.

Ben is alone most days and is only marginally included in our wider society. He has an apartment but no one to share it with or to accompany him in life.
